We were going to a wedding close to Hexham and I had arranged to have my hair styled. The team were so friendly and pleasant. Very welcoming. Isla did an incredible job on my hair. I absolutely loved it! She was so lovely, attentive and clearly very talented. I would highly recommend paying the salon a visit! A great pampering experience!💕

Lovely experience from start to finish. Isla did an excellent job in sorting my hair out after 2 previous visits to another salon left my hair uneven with chunks missing. Great advice given on hair care and colour. Will definitely be back once hair has grown a little bit more. All the staff were so friendly.

Came here for a cut and colour by the fabulous Shannon! I’m absolutely chuffed with my hair (I never want it to fade). Shannon is knowledgable, professional and really friendly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her craft! As for all the other staff members working here, they were all super lovely and very accommodating too. Saks has a really warm atmosphere the moment you walk through the door. Brilliant service and gorgeous results. Overall, a really positive experience getting my hair done at Saks. I received a really warm welcome and an offer of a tea or coffee. Then I spoke to Isla, my stylist and together we talked about the style I wanted and I felt like she really listened and wanted to get to know me and how I manage my hair at home. It was cut beautifully, just what I asked for. I will definitely be returning regularly. The salon was just the right atmosphere of chilled. I would definitely recommend here and Isla!

I absolutely loved my experience and end result at Saks as always! Jess is wonderful always pays attention to detail, listens to what you want and always helps guide you to what you need either now or in the future. She is always so bubbly and welcoming throughout the appointment as always I’ve left feeling amazing and like a new woman. Also a big thank you to Ellie for helping with styling my hair she’s lovely. I highly recommend the Saks team always ♥️
